What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Excellent written English (C1) most of your correspondence will be in English
  • Diligence and discipline: SLAs, checklists, and CRM hygiene are the foundation of this role
  • Strong communication and the courage to ask questions including tough ones, like budget
  • Resilience to rejection most leads won't pass the filter, and that's fine
  • The ability to set healthy boundaries: knowing when to push a client toward a decision and when to let go without dragging things out
  • Curiosity about AI tools (Claude, Cursor, automations) for us this is everyday work, not an add-on
  • Student status (3rd–5th year) or recent graduate: business, linguistics, or economics backgrounds welcome; what matters is your head, not your diploma

Nice-to-haves

  • German is a strong plus. We regularly handle leads from the DACH market

Joining us as Deal Scout Intern (Inbound Sales) means:

Responding to new inquiries from our contact form our standard is a first reply in under 2 business hours

  • Working inbound-first: clients come to us this is not a cold-calling role
  • Qualifying leads using our process (BANT/CHAMP): asking the right questions about budget, decision-making, and timeline, and filtering out inquiries with no real potential

Keeping our CRM (Pipedrive) clean: stages, tasks, notes — so the whole team sees the current state of the pipeline

  • Preparing and sending NDAs and simple template-based proposals
  • Scheduling discovery calls for senior deal handlers and reporting risks to the team daily
  • Working side by side with our AI automations digests, qualification suggestions, KYC and helping improve them
